We were unfortunate enough to experience the worst service that an architect could possibly render before we took on Design Cayman’s services. The professional attitude and knowledgeable staff at DCL was a stark contrast to what we had encountered beforehand. The DCL team came onboard with valuable questions and provided suggestions, which integrated the efforts of an off island, design team with as little friction as possible. The close attention to cost was evident in the pre-approvals sought prior to any action by DCL. The attention to customers concerns made the experience a great one. We are happy with our end product and our only regret is that we didn’t use DCL at the inception of our project.
