The Design was envisioned by Cindy O’Hara and Jonathon Jackson while managing OBM, in 2007 as a part of an RFP from the Cayman Islands Government, and later developed by Design Cayman at the helm of the design team that encompasses 20 consultant disciplines, including; Construction Documents, Interior Design and FF&E consultants; Structural, Civil and Envelop Engineers; Hydrologists and Landscape Consultants; Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Acoustic Engineers; Security, Data and LEED Consultants; WWTP, Signage & Door Hardware specialists.
 This 230,000 sqft office building, with basement garage and mechanical service deck with 100% back-up Generator is tailor made for the Cayman Islands Government. The Building is designed to exceed the highest standards in sustainability hurricane / seismic resistance while providing high durability and low building maintenance.
