Description
Designed by Cindy O Hara when she was Managing Director at OBM International Breezy Castle is a two-storey, 42,300 square-foot concrete structure with concrete rooftop parking designed to resist a category 5 hurricane. The first floor will be at 8 feet above mean sea level while the second floor will be 22 feet above mean sea level. Each unit is strategically designed to sustain category 5 hurricane force winds. The entire facility is built of concrete walls and installed with hurricane rated windows and doors, including roll-up doors on one side of each unit.
