Description
The Cayman Islands have distinguished themselves over the past 50 years embracing all cultures and nationalities, first as a maritime nation and then as a world financial center, and has forged a nation based on innovative intellectual professionalism. Cayman Enterprise City will become the icon for intellectual and technological advancement in the western hemisphere, this combined with traditional local sensibility and material palette to create a place that is uniquely Caymanian. The master plan is envisioned to nurture creativity and the architecture is designed to allow an indoor/outdoor work experience offering the occupants the ability to escape the confines of their office space utilizing the gardens, and roof tops as extended workspace. In addition the project will incorporate sustainable features to ensure a comfortable collaboration of nature and workspace.
