Description
Feasibility studies, technical design and permits, completed by Design Cayman. A unique and full transformation of an existing 1980’s family home located at the end of a private cul de sac with and amazing 180-degree water view across very wide canals. Communications were paramount as our client was very busy and renovation was very complex. Constant monitoring of change management and associated budget required detailed vigilance. The extensive transformation took place over several months, transforming the home into an expanded functional family home. Finally, a new hi end functional family-oriented kitchen, completes the living quality of the new home.
