We assisted in the early stages to provide documents and contribute to the fund-raising strategy. The building is around 30 years old. The technical overviews and identifying code breaches were very complex and carried out over several months. We revealed many different space planning ideas along with additional revenue generators for the retail shop and operations side. Design and build, Interior design, technical and construction documents and on-site management support completed by Design Cayman and Build Cayman. The client decided to phase the renovations over several years due to the need to raise funds. It became evident that after only a few months of fund raising the full costs had been raised. All phased stages now occurred at the same time. We coordinated the consultants and obtained the permits and assisted the contractor and the client who was heavily involved all the way through to a final look that is fresh and inviting.
