Master Planning
Our Master Planning process begins with the client. Their early vision, through the process of analysis and research, evolves into a development statement that provides the focal point for concept development.
The result of the collaboration process between client, master planner and selected consultants is a detailed master plan & schedule that becomes the reference and design guide for both short and longer term development strategies.
Our approach can be seen in the Master Plan agreed and developed with Cayman Enterprise City (a Cayman Special Economic Free Zone). This plan will guide the 79 Acre development over the coming 15 to 25 years. It will translate the broad, long-term strategies of the original Concept Plan into detailed phasing and strategy packages, all whilst remaining flexible and sensitive to the client’s original vision and potentially evolving future goals and needs.
