We are here to assure you that the continued progression of your projects and the service you have come to know and expect from Design Cayman is and will continue to be available. You have placed your trust in us, we are ready to lead through and respond to this crisis and beyond to the future.
Over the coming weeks, we will communicate with you regularly. For today, our focus is on the immediate. Given the situation and the Mind Shift we are all taking, the way we deliver our professional services will change to ensure the safety of our Design Cayman family, clients, and vendors.
It is key to note, that we already regularly work remotely with clients and consultants and have this in place as part of our current systems and workflows, hence the transition to including all local clients, consultants and vendors will be seamless.
In addition, our staff are also ready to work remotely, we are transitioning as many meetings as possible which would normally be held in our offices to online teleconference or video conferencing and will be rescheduling all new potential client presentations and meetings with existing clients and consultants from our offices to online. Further, we are working with our consultants to mitigate any issues and will continue to keep you updated on the status of your project timelines.
