Description
Existing executive family home in gated community. Feasibility studies, space planning, technical design and permit’s completed by Design Cayman. The client had a clear vision of what they wanted. We helped to expose and reveal the potential options and challenges. The pool has a sun shelf, for in pool loungers, elderly family members and the children. Our favourite parts are the floating steppingstones traversing the pool and the in pool breakfast seating and table for entertaining, which faces an elegant water fall. Finally, a new family-oriented exterior barbeque bar area with pergola over, complete the new lifestyle provided by the renaissance of the back garden. The client is very excited about the transformation and enjoy using the back garden as a family and for entertaining.
